I am a victim of Charter Communication's apparent bait and switch practices. For the second time in a 13 month period, I signed up for a promotional package with Charter, only to find that when the order was entered into their billing system, they 'slammed' me into a much more expensive package E.G. $69.97 tax vs. 179.05. I was over charged a total of ~$437.52.
There are over 400 complaints about Charter on this website. The majority of them are for over billing. At what point does the Public Service Commission, SEC or MO State Attorney Offices get involved?
