Throughout horrible support.
In The beginning sales person Robin Ward supplied horrible support. Fortunately, I'd a buddy present duing a number of his 'home style' calls to fix his design strategy.
Then Your real problem. The units were 3 months late, despite his recurring statements these were about the vehicle. He'd not answer-phone calls - I'd need to create reapeated efforts to obtain position changes. He was rude and frustrated at my wondering after I hadn't had a home for 2 months! Our company had are available in and ripped my home out since the "units were on the road".
The ulitmate was his pricing. He really offered me a statement which was wrong. Overcharging me and utilizing the incorrect element numbers! He'd palm crossed-out the total (the best quantity) and created their own performance of the price whilst the whole. Unbelieveable.
Who owns the organization is a responsible due to his unwillingness to make amends. He was completely unhelpful along with a (excuse the language) a wimp throughout the entire procedure. I sent him paperwork along with a notice to which he mealy-mouthed his method to nowhere.
Too bad to become accurate...? Our blood pressure nevertheless rises after I consider it. Simply do not get there.
