On 1 July we settled Arran Kitchen Design Facilities 21,750.80 for counters and units to become sent to our house on 3 October. It's currently ten weeks since Arran Kitchen Design Facilities got our cash. They never sent two components of the agreement — routine along with a format or strategy. They've not shipped any item. They don't react to telephone calls or even to certified mail. They didn't react to our BBB problem. We'd to join up grievances using the Federal Trade Commission as well as using the State-Of Co Income Tax-Fraud division. We shall even be processing a legal problem because they have defrauded us.
On 3 March we obtained a view of scam against Steve Cox of Arran Kitchen Design Facilities. He was requested from the judge to pay for us again our $21,750.80 plus expenses. He's evading this cost. This debt to us is non-dischargeable in bankruptcy.
I'd caution anybody considering akitchen enhancement or remodeling work. Please take some time to complete your research, gather referrals, visit past careers, and definitely never provide substantial resources upfront. Obviously, I'd suggest against actually by using this organization.
