In November of I got my husband a Dell XPS 410 computer and a Proscan t.V./monitor, which he enjoys very much.in Feb. 2009 we had a problem with it and brought it to our local Aaron's to be checked out. They loaned him another computer till his was fixed, well 2 months and the HP crapped out also. Now it has been 4 months (and in the meantime the t.V./monitor went also, they loaned us an RCA) and he still hasn't got his computer back and they kept sending other loaners which didn't work to began with. So after coming to Aaron's at least 10 times with no results, my husband went there very mad at which time the manager tried to blame it on him. After keeping him there for 2 hours, they took the hard drive out of the HP and put it in his Dell and the computer salesman said when the dell hard drive got here he would install it. Now we have shopped at Aaron's for many years and Have always paid our monthly installments, with no complaints, Now there is no reason we should have to wait this long and still get the run around when we go there to check on the progress. The only employee who seems really concerned about this Leslie and we really enjoy having here work with us, but the others were real butt holes. We were about to purchase a 73 inch plasma T.V., but if we finally get all this stuff fixed, we will carry our business elsewhere and we will not recommend your company to anyone.
