In february I got in the mail a month supply of wu-yi tea that I DID NOT WANT OR ORDER, this is where the past three months of charges keep coming from! I called company and was told the item was cancelled and I should get credit in 30-60 days (yea right, that never happened!) I returned the tea back to company. I got another order of the stuff and sent it back also about 30 days later and sent it back as well.
The " Customer Service Person " told me that it was showing cancelled. (I use this term very loosely!) They do not know what customer service is about or I still would not be having to deal with this problem. I still have not gotten a refund and since I probably won't I closed the account the charges showed up on.
Whatever happened to talking to a real person first instead of having to go through all the annoying computer generated menus and getting, that is not customer service!
