I purchased an after market warranty on my boat. Not only did I purchase a warranty, I am an authorized agent to sell this company's product. I spent almost $2000 for coverage. I went over all provisions with a fine tooth comb before I bought it. Obviously, not good enough. I had to put in a claim for a part that failed that was CLEARLY covered. It caused damage to my motor, which is also CLEARLY a coverage part. Upon inspection of the boat, the inspector determined that there should be no problem with having the claim paid. Guess what? The claim was denied. Surprise, Surprise. Spoke with the big CEO Wayne Craig and he told me that he doesn't pay at least 90% of the claims made. Can you imagine? Now I have to hire an attorney to get my money back; dispute the charge and hopefully we can get resolution. I am on a mission to make sure that anyone that is even thinking of buying anything from this company, DONT!!! They are a rip off...
