Square Trade Warranty

I bought an item on E bay and checked that I wanted the extended Square Trade Warranty. I got charged for it and got a warranty certificate in the mail. It clearly states: Coverage term 3 years; coverage starts 6/08, coverage through 6/08.

Now they tell me that the coverage does not start until 60 days from the purchase of the warranty 6/08. Plus, because I called 2 days before the start of the claimed 60 day waiting period, any claim I make in the future is denied.

This is fraud and misrepresentation.

Damn them. I am going to file a small claims action don't know what good it will do, but DO NOT DEAL WITH SQUARE TRADE WARRANTY!!!
