International ripp Off

I recently signed up for Verizon's "International" calling plan to allow me to stay in touch and receive reduced rates in MX. / U.S. To MX.

Rec'd this large phone bill and contacted customer service for an explaination.
The high cost were the calls to MX/from MX. The rate was $. 99 min. When I asked about my plan I was told that the $. 99 min. Was the plan rate. Then I inquired into what the "NORMAL" non-plan rate was... Guess what... Yes you guessed it...$. 99 minute!

So, I have been paying a monthly fee to Verizon to receive NO Discount and getting ripped! When I asked for a refund, I was told that I had used the plan even though there was no discount!

I just changed carriers... Bye, Bye big "V"...
