Vitalspring Technologies is suffering (quietly). They owe hundreds of thousands of dollars to: employees (both former and current), vendors, landlords, legal services, investors... Just about everybody that comes across this company. Often employees are asked to hold off on cashing their payroll checks because there is not enough money in the account to cover it. Expense reimbursements (accounts payable) are continuing to add up, with no possibility of ever being paid back. The poor mis-management of funds has resulted in high employee turnover. What is left of the staff is a few dedicated Indians who will stay with the ship until it sinks (or until they drown). Don't feel sorry for this organization. Feel sorry for the people that used to work there and pray for the for the ones that are still working there. How is this company surviving? The gravy train of investors has long since depleted. Don't be foolish like others before, stay away from this company! They will only serve to use you for what they can, and dispose of you when you no longer can sustain them.
