I do not know what to do... I have been suffering from panic and anxiety attacks and I went on line to find an online pharmacy that sold 'anxiety meds'.
Up popped www.RxBo.com... So I placed an order for xanax or for its generic aplorazapam... I have used this med before and I have had problems getting this med from my physician w/o seeing a psychiatrist... So I stupidly took matters in my own hands and ordered from them...
I filled out the questionere and I was sent an e mail saying that 'my order was approved and the physician would now have to approve it and then it would be sent off to the pharmacy for 'fullfillment' and a tracking number... I even went the extra mile to have it shipped 2nd day!!! What is worse is that I did not have the funds so I borrowed my room mates credit card and borrowed $297.00 for 90 2 mg. Zanax (aplorazapam) which included the shipping and handling.
This was April 7th... On the 9th of April I was sent an e mail (I kept ALL TRANSACTION FILES AND INFO) and was told that it was approved by the Doctor (yeah, right) and that they would be now sending it to the pharmacy for fullfillment and a tracking number. After a few days had went by, I went to there site and left a note asking about my order... A few days later I was told that 'others are ahead of you and once the pharmacy finishes with them, your will go out in a few days. I never heard from them... So I inqiured again... After a few days I was sent an email saying 'we apoligize for the delay, your order should ship in a few days...
I wrote back saying this is what I was told a few days ago (now we are on or about April 18th) that 'please expidite my order immediately - please... Again I got a response that my order should be filled in a couple of days... On the 23rd I sent a note asking where my package was and tracking number and that they had taken the funds of $297.00 form my friends acct. Under service contract... Itsays in there 'frequentley asked questions area that 'an order cannot be refunded once sent to the pharmacy for fullfillment'... So I wrote a note saying that I thought (as most businesses do) they do not take monies from an acct. Until the order gets a tracking # and is ready to be shipped... I also asked for there phone # so that I could talk to someone as it is now (it is the 24th of April) and said that because they took the monies out f the acct. If they were a legit business and a few other things...
It is now the 27th of April and I have written them on the 25th and 26th and today the 27th with no response from them... I am disabled and live on a small amount of money each month... (I told them that as well and to please if they are not legit to have mercy on my stupped self... I thought that they were going to help me...
So I googled them and I found several unsatified customers - some said they did get the merchendise and some said they did not - one report read ' DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They will steal your money!!! CLOSE YOUR ACCT. Plus a few other sites that had al kinds of stuff saying that they were fraudulant etc... I wish that i had seen all of this B4 placing my order...
Please help... Is there anything that i can do??? Signed, dummy
