Joey Proper is a scam artist claiming to do authorized repairs and doing nothing but charging $295 for no work done. He never returns phone calls and doesn't show up for appts.
His company is Appliance Repair Services but he has many aliases. He also claims a New Mexico business. He does fence painting and other work... BEWARE
He did not fix my Sub Zero and now I am filing small claims suit to stop him from injuring other people.
