My bill

I have been with TXU Energy for MANY years. My husband has fallen ill and I am the ONLY provider to pay the bills and put food upon our table. I asked TXU Energy to PLEASE give me 3 more day's and I will have the money to pay my bill, BUT NO. Thats not good enough. TXU Energy has NO compassion for people that have been with them for MANY years or compassion for there what is happening in there situation. ALL they care about is getting that money! God love you TXU Energy... Thanks for nothing...
