I am writing to let TXU Energy now how mad, upset or down right angry I ma. I have had your service for MANY years. I have paid my bill, maybe not on time, but yet paid it. I am the only one working in my household to put food and pay the bills. My husband has fallen ill over a year ago, and everything has laid on my shoulders. I asked for a three day extention until I get paid, and it'd like your company has NO sympathy what so ever. I am so pissed over this that It makes me want to change electric company. I know you (TXU Energy) couldn't give a rates @# what I do, but this is NO WAY close to having compassion for another human being. I have said my peace, and thank you TXU Energy for NOTHING!!! So my family will starve for the three extra days so you will have that money that you are SSOOO desperately needing... GOD love you TXU!!!
