Doesn't give free energy audits unless you say you will buy something from them

Hughesco advertises "free energy audit". I waited 2 weeks for my appointment for my "free energy audit". When they came to my house, they said "what do you want?". I said my free energy audit and an estimate on what you think i need. They said, unless your sure you are going to buy something from us, we don't do the free energy audit.in my opinion, they are just sales people hiding under the "free energy audit" false advertisment ads.
