This company contacted me last December offering the services, when I refused the representative said that he needed to record the conversation, the catch is that he did not record the NO part of the conversation.
Last Monday when I received my phone bill I saw that the amount was higher than what I usually pay and I went to revise last month's bill as well, I got a big surprise when I realized that this company was charging me for a supposed website that I signed for. I called the company and they played me a recording of my voice answering the questions in December, they made it sound as if I was agreeing to the terms and conditions that they were offering me. Once they transferred me do their billing department I asked them to cancel the service and refund the amount that I have already paid to them, they advised me that I should see a refund for what I paid within two or three billing periods. I went online to do a little research on my own and find out that their website does not exist and that they have scammed other people in other states as well. Please see the link bellow.
