Buyer Beware - doubly so... Do not attempt to get a "free sample" from this company for any product - if you click on to the terms and conditions (extremely long), you will be signing up for a monthly delivery at $88.97 and not knowing it!
If you do not send back product within 15 days - the auto delivery is in effect.
If you try to get a return authorization from the company to send the unopened, untampered product back - you get nowhere from the company.
My Visa carrier refused to cancel the transaction despite my repeated attempts to show that I tried to return product in good faith.
I hope more dissatisfied customers will file a Better Business Bureau (www.labbb.org) against this firm - I know from Rip off and BBB that this company has been conducting fraudulent practices for quite some time. If the practices are so shabby - what does that say for the quality and safety of the products they sell?
Shame on Edgar Babayan, owner of Genixlabs and shame on Visa and Better Business Bureau for not putting a stop to the unethical sales practices of Genixlabs.
