I purchased the PuraSilk no charge sample and only paid the freight charge of approximately $3.00 and did not read the fine print in their terms and conditions. They put me on their auto ship program that happens once you agree to their terms and conditions. Who reads terms and conditions for a $3.00 charge? Next thing I know they are sending a carton with a $69.99 product and $4.95 shipping charge and applied to my credit card used for the first sample. I called to ask for a return authorization number, but they do not allow that for their Auto-ship customers which happens to all that don't read the fine print and agree to their terms. They will gladly take the unopened and unwanted product back but will not refund your money back. This is a SCAM. What reliable manufacturer doesn't allow a return and refund for an unwanted product that hasn't been opened? BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR FINE PRINT. IF THE OFFER IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE THEN IT IS! I plan to report this company to the Massachusetts Attorney Generals office for fraudulent and deceptive marketing practices
