Precision Niche Products
Deceptive ad practices, fraudulent billing practices

This company, selling a "free trial" of its cosmetic cream, AgeInvisible, promotes a 30-day free trial of the product. However, billing is supposed to take place within 15 days of the shipping date, unless customer contacts company to cancel. The trick is, the product was never delivered. AND I was automatically enrolled in a membership scheme, which began billing my credit card for the monthly amount of $64.95, even though I never received the trial product.

I received only one jar of the stuff, well after the thirty day trial period, never received the trial product, which was supposed to cost around $7.00 for shipping, and was billed again for $64.95, even though I never received another thing. I called the company to complain and ask for a refund and was told my member ship would be dropped, but I must return the unused portion of product shipments I never received. I am filing a formal complaint with the FTC, and if I can find an address for these bamboozlers, I will file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau in that city.

I believe this company deliberately targets elderly people, aware that many of us are not computer or internet savvy, and has planned this marketing strategy specifically to defraud us of our often limited and hard-earned funds.
