The first time i was in warsaw mo. I was set up by one marty zoroski, he called the sheriff office and told them i had abale of marijauna&automatic wepons. When they serched wher i was staying, they found a trashbag with ditchweed & seeds & stems, the whole thing weighed quarter of a pound. It was even brought up at trial, that zoroski called them. He planted this and they knew it. They gave me five years in prison.
My public defender & prosecutor were in cohouts. When i asked him to ask the proscutions ex pert wittness what the thc value was, he told me to shutup as it wood only hurt my case. This was marijuna that was found growing on the side of the road in a ditch, at most it would give you a headache. The judge slept through half the trial that was held two days befor christmas. The second time a x girlfriend had me charged with forgery & tampering. This time i got five more years in prison. My checks were deposited in her bank account, which i had access to, she would sign my name to my checks & deposit them, i had her to give me blank checks with her singniture.
I worked out of town alot. When the winter came in 1994 i was out of work, so with her permission, i took her truck to tucson arizona. It took me two weeks to find work. All my tools & clotheswere in that truck. The same day i started work the truck was stolen. I called her and told her to send money so i could return. And for her to call the insurance people. She hung up. So iwent back to warsaw on the warrents. New public defender. Same story, only this time its anew prosecutor pat wollorys wife karen.
