I am requesting copies of all my records and copies of checks you have in your possession stemming from my accident that a cured on September 8. The last request was given to you verbally on Oct. 18. You then called me on Oct. 30 and told me you could not send a statement for 30 more days, when I objected to this, you told me to F& off and hung up on me.
When the accident happened my ex-wife called the insurance company and was told she could file the claim herself. When she called you and advised you she was going to handle the insurance claim, you advised her she could not do this, and then you called the adjuster and ask her why she said that.
You then took your 33% out of my settlement checks of $100,000.00 and $30,000 from the other two insurance companies. On December 13 you also took $30,000 out of my insurance settlements to pay for my sons defense without my authorization. Leaving me with a total of $57,100.00.
You stated I would get money back if my sons case did not go to trial. As we all know that did not turn out as you promised. When we went to court to pick the jury, the judge stated he would not strike my son out, if he was found guilty, and then he found out about the offer and compromise, and said the offer was off the table. My son did not receive a jury trial because of your misconduct.
I will also ask the district attorneys office to file a charge of witness tampering & misconduct against you. You were asked by my ex - wife if what you were doing was legal. (Paying the witnesses $2000.00 for gas that was not even taken) and you stated I do this type of thing all the time My son had no other choice but to pled the case out or risk the 25 years to life.
The judge in his criminal case had to give my son a conflict attorney because of your misconduct. For 1 year you had been saying dont worry my son will be home by the end of the year. Now he is in prison for 6 years. You were aware of his past record and you still took the case, I already had a defense attorney retained. When you stated I am not giving you all this money so you can give it to another attorney
You never paid for one phone call from my son, you never even went to see him in jail. I had to pay $58.00 a month for (1 year) for him to speak with you.in my opinion, you took advantage of my situation and made promises you were not able to keep. For all the reasons stated I am asking for all my money to be returned. ($72,900.00. Caution!!! Do not use this attorney! It took him 17 years to pass the bar!!
