I filed charges of domestic violence against my ex-husband in 1996. My husband plead no contest to the charges and was convicted. I was drinking alot at the time, and I had some personal issues that were going on in my life. I was wrong and I knew it. So I wrote a letter to Judge Triozzi and explained that I lied to the police and that my husband, David did not do anything to me. Judge Triozzi completely ignored the letter, and never returned my phone calls.
Sometime later, I got back together with David. I was drinking all the time and David kept getting in the way of my partying.
Once again, the drinking got the better of me and I called the cops on him again. This time he was charged with felony domestic violence and kidnapping. After staying at the county jail for the summer, David was released because the prosecutor didn't have a case. I have written several letters to Judge Triozzi explaining that David never did anything to me. Judge Triozzi doesn't care at all. He told me that if I want anything done about this wrongful prosecution, then I need to talk to the county prosecutor about it.in other words, I have to go to jail.
Well I have some news for you, I'm not going to jail. Judge Triozzi knows that I made up the story but he wants me to come to court so that I can be arrested on my oustanding warrants.
I have a new baby and I can't be locked up because there won't be anyone to take care of him.
I am now remarried and have not seen my ex-husband David for about 5 years. David is raising our two children and I am sure that he is better off without me. But I would still like to right this wrong. As a result of my problems, David can no longer be an airline pilot and has a criminal record because I of me.
If anyone has any advice about what I should do, or how I can get this judge to get off of his ass and do something about this I would appreciate it.
