I was billed twice - and now maybe a 3rd time!

I ordered a product, was not satisfied and requested a refund. When I requested a refund, it was entered as a new order and I was billed twice!

The amount is almost $60.00 - and being unemployed and trying to make ends meet on Unemployment is tough... Then to have the second charge taken out of my account!

If you check out their website (?) there is no phone number.

I am so angry! I need to get my money back, but whenever I try and contact them by email it goes thru like another order!

Buyers beware!!!
