Good Morning
Not only I've reported the scam through my Bank, but I'm also making sure that everyone knows about your company in which I've summited a report for the damages at scambook. I will also contact the Better Business Bureau in which I'll file a complaint as well.
Thank you so much for taking the money from my account, and now I have a reason to sue your company and recover my lost.

Fraud. I requested a refund and/or unlock my phone and nothing was
done."

response so we can verify that the customer has been assisted.
