On 02/20/08, I purchased 10 ea. Collector Superman Pins from AmazingBeltBuckles.com. The price for each was $9.99 for a total of $99.90. I received a confirmation email regarding the order. On 02/25/08, I received another confirmation of the order. On 03/04/08, I received an email from Christopher Waters, owner, advising that the pins were out of stock and requesting that I consider substituting the items ordered. I declined and requested that the order be filled when the pins were in stock. My credit card was billed and payment made. I complained that there was no indication that the items were out of stock when the transaction occured. I heard nothing else from Christopher Waters nor did I receive my order. On 05/16-08 I contacted Christopher Waters to inquire about my order. He responded that he had sold the business and that he would resolve the matter. On 05/22/08 Mr. Waters requested all the order information as he was attempting to resolve the matter. I forwarded the information requested. On 06/04/08, I contacted Christopher Waters request an update on the status of my order or a refund for the amount billed to my credit card. On 06/24/08, Mr. Waters responded to state that he would refund my payment and asked for the address to sent refund. A second email that same date requested the form the refund should take. I responded, money order or cashier's check or some form of guaranteed funds. To date, I have not heard from Mr. Waters.
I have kept all electronic correspondence regarding this matter.
