Maria Parise does not pay contractors that work on her house. Verbally we had a contract to paint the interior of her home which included living room, sun room and sheetrock and paint the hallway. The trim in sunroom was stained in dark oil base stain and Maria said she would paint thr trim. Well why we were painting we decided to do that as an extra and not charge her. She decided to candlelight the rooms which is a glaze over the paint which was not included in original price but we accomatdated her on that also. After the job was complete she was not at home to pay. We went back the next day to collect the money that was owed to us she told us we have to hire a lawyer to get paid cause we did not do the trim in bath and paint her bedroom this was not in the original price. So after 5 days of work she did not pay me a penny.
