In 2007 LifeTyme Exteriors install the Smartcoart exterior paint onto our house siding and window trims.
In 2010 we notice that areas around the window trim the paint was lifting and splitting and areas on the underside of the cladboards the paint splitting and peeling. We called Lifetyme to have them come and look at the problem spots but they only sent a letter after much calling saying that they would get to us during the next painting season.
In 2011 the areas have gotten worst and that the wood under the Smartcoat was starting to rot. After pestering Lifetyme several times over the phone a crew shows up one day unannounce and started slapping puddy over the rotten areas and paint that did not match the original color over the peeled spots of trim.
