Poor customer service - Customer Service

I have been trying to access my account online. I obviously forgot my password. The automated reply first tells me it will be sent in a text msg to my phone... (I do not have texting on my phone) so then it says will send it to my email but it has not come. I simply wanted to upgrade our phones but think we shall look for a new carrier tomorrow.
