Today I received a very interesting text from "you". It said to pay my balance now... So that I don't get disconnected or have any late fees added on to my account. The grammar was laughable... I was curious. I know my bill is not past due, I have 10 more days!
10 minutes later I received another text saying that my temorary password is "*" and if I did not request this password change to call them. So I did...
I know one of the Verizon Wireless employees and he has a personal beef with my boyfriend... So I am curious. I called Verizon and they asked me some personal information regarding my account. MY EMAIL had BEEN CHANGED—TODAY!
I had never requested my email or password to be changed. I made the appropriate changes to my account via phone and removed my ONE authorized user from the account, as per suggestion of the Verizon Wireless Rep on the line.
My account is under surveliance... But when I called the store manager... They pulled up my account and could view my NEW password and email. What is the point of changing it if the EMPLOYEES have access to it?
Breaching my account, changing my password and email... Not to mention some of the shady things I have heard that go on there... BUYER BEWARE! I am sure not every Verizon Wireless employee is as dirty as this one was... The investigation continues. Who else could have such access to my account?
Verizon has great benefits for their employees. You would think an employee would respect their job in this increasingly jobless part of the counrty... South Carolina. So sad...
