I was doing some online banking this evening and I found an entry that I did not recognize. It was a $19.95 charge by UMG*Services on a day that I had only used my card at a restaurant and I know this because it was this past Monday and I went to the bank that day.
I did not use UMG*Services, have no idea what they are or what they do because when you google them you get sites like this one reporting their fraud. It may only have been $19.95, but it's still not right and it's still unauthorized. Does anyone know what I can do?
