I became a preferred customer before the 15 day trial began with congratulations for having completed it, and being successfully billed $49.95 for my initial bottle of Ageless, which was never received. You are supposed to be able to cancel Autoship by going to their website and login in to your Preferred Cusstomer website which does not exist.
I guaranteed them that the minute it arrives it will be returned and will request and insist a refund ASAP
