In November we sold a $10,000 machine to a company in Utah. Our customer went through Preferred Lease for the loan. The loan was approved, and we received the purchase order from Preferred for the machine.
The customer came to our office and picked up the machine. It is now August and we still don't have the funds. Preferred refuses to take our calls and or emails.
We finally had to reposess the equipment. But we now have a used machine that is not worth 10K and we have the expenses of having the machine picked up, and the customer never received their deposit back from Preferred
Preferred was so eager to get our leasing business they lied to us and told us that many clients were approved for leasing. Luckily we only delivered one machine before we found out the true nature of this company.
