National Lotto Corp - Sweepstakes Lottery check for "Taxes" from empty account at real bank

I received a "winning" notification letter from The National Lotto Co-Operation Sweepstakes Lottery, which I never entered, with a very real looking check, to pay the taxes. I was to call back after I deposited the check and then would receive the balance of my winnings.
Supposed to be in conjunction with Samsung Promotions?
I asked "how did I enter this?" I won because I shopped at Wal-Mart, JCPenney, Costco, or Sams.

I called the bank the check was drawn on and there were NO FUNDS in that account, as I expected. I'm sending copies of the letter and the check to send to my states' attorney general.

Don't fall for this one!
