Spark plugs - tune up

I just had tune up done on 3/31/09 thy had the truck for 5 days. This job cost me 1397.78 that is outrageous price. I been a ford owner for 25 years, and bad thing about it all is you send coupon every 3 month. I am not asking you pay for it all, just a little help if i dont see something in my email. My next truck will not be a ford
