Extremely low quality manager manipulating company money and resource to satisfy her own personal desires

This is the type of manager the companies should throw out right away. She thinks having a title called manager is a privilege rather than responsibility. This is what we typically call as manager who cultivates subordinates; rather than leader who develop leaders.

A truly great leader is about what you can develop and bring out of others rather than what you can get from others first.

She thinks she and her little authorization is the center of the world so nothing (the company performance and employee happiness) is higher priority than her needs and satisfaction.

Here is how she wastes company money and sacrifice her employees to achieve her little selfish vanity.
Whenever a new employee comes in, she first gave him some minor tasks and then try to see if this employee knows the rules: which is to flatter her, be a follower dog type, or can get along with her so she feels super through all the compliments or jokes from others. If the new hire is tong tied, or not good at these, or simply doesn't have a match personality, they were immediately cold stored and barely get tasks or just unimportant trivials things to work.

Are those employees' fault that they can't play the game? Nope. Because they get along very well with others in the team. Bita Mathews is too focused on what she can get first and a very spontaneous character therefore tend to be arrogant attitude is not for everyone. Those new hires become victim of this dumb self claimed queen and their careers are sabotaged.

*Since she doesn't allow some employees to perform for her very personal reasons (again the very unreasonable ways she judge her people), the company's performance is compromised because there are so many tasks out there, she only dump to those she personally prefers and overload them. The tasks can't be completed as soon as when all the human resources are fully utilized!!! Also because she controls information flow only to those she personally likes, those who don't have the information won't be able to provide solutions to the exact because of the missing info piece. This is not an ignorable mistake and that is why she caused data errors over several months period and the report she sent to executives are WRONG!!!

Just for these two reasons above, this manager should be thrown immediately out of the door for its fatal-ill management approaches.

Poor companies, doesn't know about all this manager's performance issues and they only thought the employees underneath her can't perform. If there are several people under her not performing well, a natural question would be, Bita Mathews, how is your management capability. It is part of your responsibility to bring the best out of them rather than prohibit them from performing.

If you are a company considering promoting her, do think about the above mentioned. Don't think they are made-up. There are proofs in writting that all above is true.
