I have joined synpase almost 10 months ago by thinking a good IT Company, but now i feel that i have made a very very big mistake by joining synapse communications pvt Ltd.
I am mentally very much stressed due to the policies they have applied. The policies are very much strict and day by day the sr. Management will make it more strict. I am always willing to put my best effort but due to high pressure of work and radiculious policies, i want to leave the compnay as soon as possible.
Due to the highly strict policies everybody wants to keep him safe from deducting his performance index points or taking any action against him by the management and showing his fingures towards others for any mistake.in this way the working atmoshpher has no "Motivation", "Peace of Mind", "Willing to work" and "Interest".
Senior management is not taking any action towards the employee satisfaction or they don't want to know what is going on the mind of their employees. Companies reputation is going below day by day in Delhi and NCR.
Some peoples are of middle management who will take care of the policies and they will thing whatever they will thought are right and making the policy apart from thinking the long run impact of these policies over the employees. They have so many policies of deducting the salaries of employee or deducting the performance points of the employee however at maximum situation employee (basically of junior level like Soft engineer or Senior Software Engineer) has not any fault, they only do whatever the found instruction from their seniors, every thing mail, reports etc are circulating at all level of management. Everybody knows what is going on which project at least at the Project Manager levet but not body will take the responsibility by taking the step forward. These things have a very bad impact in long run for the company.
I don't know why senior management will not want to review the policies and make the working envoirnment flexible, co-operative, supportive and friedly. I am very much frustraited and lost my patient now to tolerate these things.
I have signed 2 years bond of amount 1 lakh, however i want to leave the company by paying the bond amount but as per my information they will not relieve the employee at any cost befor the bond period. Even there is some cases of beating the employee by senior management regarding these matters and also they have filed the fake crimincal cases of data stoling or something else against the employee who wants to leave the company.
So i am very much afaird of these things and not dare to resign there. Can anybody suggest me what i have to do at this situation or i have to complete atleast my bond period anyhow? Please...
