These apartments are crap, we have had rodent problems and roach problems. We have rats running through our apartment, snapping rat traps, taking the food, and running on there merry ways. When we contact these people at the office they play stupid like they had no clue we had rats. BS! We pay for pest control but yet i have never seen them actually come out to spray and we have an infestation of roaches. We pay 900-1000 to live in this dump pfft! That is not the worse part we have sewer leaking down our side walks and down our streets. It smells like you actually live in the sewer, its unbearable. Our kids can't play outside because of the water running everywhere and when we do have to go outside they slip in the water. BARF! We have sewer coming up through our tubs and our toilets overflooding with sewer leaking all over our floors. We constantly complained to the office and to corporate. Finally i called the building inspector to come out and take a look at the place. Well i guess that pissed them off so they just waited for a day they can get me back. When my boys went to the park with their 15yr neighbor, they told her they needed to go to the office to use the restroom, well the office lady brought them to my house and asked me if i was aware that they were at the front office and i said no they were suppose to be at the park, sorry! Well the lady called CPS on me for neglect of supervision. WTF! I can understand if my kids are outside all day and all night by themselves but one time they decided to go to the office all of a sudden i am a neglectful mother. No one should cross the line like that, my kids are being looked, questioned, all kinds of stuff just because of this. We are having to go through the process of the whole CPS thing. This is Beyond rediculous i am furious!!! Please anyone reading this do not rent at Perrin Crest Apartments it would be the biggest mistake ever! We cant break our lease so we are stuck here until its over, but i am fighting to get out of this lease ASAP with no pennalties due to all of our problems we have had. I took pictures of the rats and sewer and i saved every service request put in so I have evidence to back up my allegations.
