Park Central Apartments if a fraud / Scam. I recently moved to park central apartments. I have never had a roach or bug problem in my life.
I have contacted the front office and management about the roaches. They tell me Massy (local pest control company) will be out to spay. Massy spays and I still have a problem. Massy had a long list of apartments to be sprayed across Belmont, Park Central, Manor Row, Charles town
Park Central Apartments is a fraud and scam because they know there selling bug & roach filled apartments and can get
away with it because they are paying massy for pest control. Florida law only requires a land lord to prove that they are attempting to fix the problem. This means you cannot break your lease.
I read some other reviews for park central and I am not the only person complaining about roaches. I will have killed more than 50 roaches and bugs in this apartment if I finish out my lease.
