I been living there for over two years and believe me you want to be away of that place, the gate is broken 24/7, that mean open. The apartments complex is located next to one project. Too many cars and vandalized weekly, the place is plenty of drinkers and you can find beer bottles all over the place, is extremely noisy place plenty of kids mostly of the people is hispanic with a lot of kids every apartment and they play outside yelling, screaming and running even with bicycles, tricycles, skate tables and off course soccer balls, looks like one school in break time.
The place is dark, poor light on nights and the poor landscaping maintenance make this place scary, the lights on the main gate are broken of over one year and still broken I know because I drive the way every night. The management is whatever they cut the water without notice they apply extremely abusive fees on electricity and interest on ever due date and nobody is on the office mostly of the time.
The laundry is dirty and mostly of the machines broken. If you are looking for empty beer bottles for recycle here is the place you are looking for.
