As an Employee for this Individual for some time, Until a falling out due to some personal issues - I had a chance to review business in general.
Upon termination of employment (Quit!), being a Mechanic (the only full time paid one, besides the owner (Mark Mandry) - I was told I could NOT collect my hand tools and tool box.
I filed for unemployment Comp. And it was granted, The Judge even told the owner to return my personal property (Never did). I am assuming, he was so mad loosing my Unemployment Appeal - He decided to AMMEND my W2's for that year, and indicate that I made more than I acually did. (Never knew this until 2 days ago). I was told by the IRS they can do that.
Not only am I out my professional tools (a value of around six thousand dollars), now i am accessed taxes for something I never received.
I still remember the owner braging about his net worth (over one million dollars) - Now I know how he did it!
For an Independanty owned company, New cars, New Home, Race cars, $10,000 race engines sitting around. Mabe the IRS should look over his records, and not just take it for granted.
