If you ever think that you will get any kind of fairness when you appeal a denial on New York State Unemployment insurance and your appeal goes before Administrative Law Judge Stephen Ambrecht, you can just about forget it and don't bother leaving the house one day.
This judge must have been the nastiest attorney in the world. The questions that he asked me were totally irrelevant to the reason that I left my job and he concluded that I left the employ of Casabella A.K.A. Kaminstein Imports in Blauvelt, NY because I didn't agree with their return policy and was uncomfortable having to state them to consumers.
This judge is a piece of crap because when I told him of all my difficulties in the Customer Service job because I did not get clear instructions, the policies were always changing and I was a public dumping ground for everyone else's work his response was WHAT DO YOU CARE? IT'S NOT YOUR COMPANY.
Evidentally, this is the attitude that he displays when he hears any kind of situation brought before him. His job is purely to degrade, demean and humiliate anyone before him with ludicrous accusations and he will write a totally fictious report based on what he thinks happened. He will zoom this off the next minute and will never take any time to review the case.
Stephen Ambrecht gets paid the money that New York State Unemployment insurance doesn't have to pay out to the unemployed. This is a wicked individual and he will get his just desserts. I am convinced of that. May he rot in his job until he croaks!!
