I am so angry at this company! The website is very misleading and, all of a sudden, they took $30 from my bank account. I thought I was getting a free look at my credit scores. All the way through the various screens, it says FREE. Once you sign up, though, they charge you $30. I called to get the charges reversed with no luck. I called the customer service person and got nowhere. Then, I asked to be connected to his manager. The manager was worse and I got the name of the owner of the company. The owner's name is Adam Kasower but "he doesn't take calls". I guess that's very telling. Has anyone with this experience gotten their money back? If so, please let me know how to go about it.
