My daughter was in the store with me, she bought a 199.99 jacket (that was advertised & NOT honored for 149.99) along with hats & gloves withOUT any assistance & I was trying to get help in the "lodge" section of the store as I was looking to purchase that day a 36 gun safe, but could NOT find an employee in the store but the cashiers & even they were much more involved in the football game on TV rather than ANY customer service. Even when I mentioned that I had needed help with the gun safes, all I got was a typical Dick's employee "duh" blank/brainless look. We had traveled out in a snowstorm to be ignored, what a excellent sales policy practiced by a business that SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS in this time of recession!!!
