APPLE'S HOPELESS INCOMPETENCE - ALL WORRIES AND ALL HASSLES - Shipment of Macbook and 4 other accessories

Dear apple,

please see below the email from mr. Barzinjee advising you on the cost of shipment and insurance as agreed and confirmed by isaac. A week has already passed again without a single email or advise from your incompetent company concerning this matter. The 5items have to go through another shipping (US to IRAQ) all because you can not deliver the promise you gave to your customer and missed the chance last November 25th, nobody from apple upon placing our order online and following it up on the phone ADVISED us that the machine will be made in China!!! We were shocked to see in FedEx tracking system that it is being shipped from ShenZhen, China!!! And had we known that it is manufactured in China we will not order that item!!! Isaac, on their conversation, has promised to send email to confirm what he has signified in their conversation that concerns shipping all items to Iraq, the items' insurance, and the advise on how the process will be, however, as always, almost a week has already passed and we have not received any emails yet from him.

Are you going to let your customers run after you again??? Knocking your head to remind you of your own part of the responsibility???
This is absolutely very frustrating, you do not have any idea on the inconvenience you are causing your customer!!! And it is clear to us that you do not have any intention to facilitate the concerns of your customers and ordering online does not at all prove to be very easy and convenient and most of all efficient!!! You are only concerned on selling and that's it.

This has been the second (2nd) time that we are calling your attention again, we spent too much money calling you on the phone and yet we can not see any hope that you stand up for your company name nor image!!! You failed sending it last november 25 and 2009 is fast approaching and you do not act to patch up your proven incompetence!!! If you can not live up to your customers' simple expectation to get things done on time then consider your business to go down the gutter!!!

Nobody from your office bothered to even send a reply after all those emails of follow-up that i sent that "we regret to inform you but your macbook wont be delivered on the 24th due to blah blah blah!!! So that your customer will have another option and will think of a way to attend to this coz she can not count on anyone of you to successfully deliver what you have promised!!! You left your customer hanging from november 19 to date!!! And finding solution to this dilemma all by herself!!! You signified "delivers on november 24", not estimated delivery on november 24, you broke your promise and none of your staff lifted a finger to advise on the status and the possibility of having it delivered on november 25 before 19.00h as i have always advised!!! As your customer i did all i can and even more to ensure my chosen product is delivered, unfortunately from your side you just sit there and do nothing except this email you sent on november 25!!! I expect that you will finally attend to this matter with utmost concern or another customer will lose trust in you!!! This behaviour of yours is really frustrating, you are apple but not for long!!! If you can not deliver the machine i want the full money back!!! There are lots of other companies who have excellent customer service and this really matters coz the customer feels she's taken care of, she has a reliable partner, and the trust can not be broken but all machines do break and falter whether you are apple or vaio or hp or toshiba or dell!!!
