This company is a rip off! Do not purchase from them. I did not receive the complete product they offered, namely the "free" bonus gifts. They only included a note saying it was back ordered and would arrive "soon." They never came and were items that I largely based my decision to order upon. They also offered to cut the initial product price in half and, in writing, indicated they would only charge $29.95 after the first 30 days, and thereafter every 60 days as long as I remained a "member." I could cancel anytime, and would receive a full refund for any products paid for if I canceled within 60 days of receipt or order.
The products I did receive were CRAP. They made me break out. They charged me immediately upon shipping the first set of products (not after 30 days). I canceled immediately and returned the unused bottles. They confirmed my cancellation and receipt of returned products, via email. However, they still charged my credit card $45 the next month, $39 two weeks later, and $29.95 the following month, overcharging me nearly $115 for products I NEVER RECEIVED, ORDERED, OR WANTED! Further, they never credited my card for the returned products.
I have written them several times and wrote my credit card company to dispute the charges and prevent them from continue to make unauthorized charges to my card. It has now been 4 months and not only have I not received a credit in full as promised and pursuant to the terms of our written agreement, but they just wrote me in March and threatened to send me to collections if I did not send them ANOTHER $29.95 because they can no longer charge my credit card! Not only are they are rip-off with bad products and poor customer service, but they are crooks! It is illegal to continue to process these unauthorized charges against a canceled account for products NEVER SHIPPED. I cannot use my credit card until they cease and desist their illegal conduct for fear they will process future charges. Do not buy from them. Fraud alert!!
