I requested a "free" cd and authorized a one time use of my visa/debit card. A few days later a charge of $79.95 was attached to my account. I notified my bank.
The bank told me to contact the company to cancel any memberships. I have no 800 # or email address. The website has no customer service that i can find.
Help! I want my money back! This is very wrong. A compny should not be able to take advantage ofaccess to bank accounts.
