I was told there is nothing I can do to get my money returned, CA 94585

I ordered the free cd's in Nov. I gave onlingo my debit card to pay for the shipping.

In Jan. 2007 I was looking at my online bank statement and saw that on the 16th of Jan onlingo had been in my bank account to check my balance (I didn't know they could do this) then on the 19th of jan onlingo pulled $76.90 out of my account.

I called their customer service and was told they could do nothing. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and was told one would call me back.

Today (6th of feb) a supervisor finnally called me back and told me that a secend set of cd's had been mailed to me. I did not want, order or recieve these cd's from onlingo. The gentleman told me there ws nothing I can do to get my money back.

I have contact the better business bureau and filed a report and I will be calling my bank on tomorrow.
