First of all, I am not the type that likes to get all bent out of shape, but this evening was very bad. My wife and I decided to go to a Walmart store in Anaheim, CA and asked for help for a patio set. No problem, the Garden associate was very helpful, yet we needed help taking down a box that was up on a shelf. A call out went out for a team left, thirty minutes later no one had shown up and both myself and the associate were upset. I approached a second associate to contact a store manager, no response the associate stated that the store manager was not available. Some help, bad customer service on behalf of the manager and his assistant. Anaheim Store # 2242, incident dated June 30 evening. I won't be going there anymore.
