Agenda Network Tried to Authorize a transaction in my bank account for $ 9.95 on 3/18/09

I went into my online banking and there is a charge for 9.95 pending for 3/18/09. I called my bank and they gave me the information ie telephone number from the transaction and as soon as they answer their phone I can give more information. 3/19/09
