Network Agenda has billed my debit card two times for some unknown service which I did not authorize or sign up for. A telephone number appears on the charge, but the number is always busy. The web address also appears on my bank statement, so I went to their site and sent several emails to which they have not responded. I went to my bank and they completed dispute forms to begin the process of refunding my money, and they said I need to cancel my debit card and obtain a new one. Next time Network Agenda bills my card, it'll be denied. I'll have my money back in about 10 days, they tell me. I just don't know how they got my number in the first place, since I have not purchased anything along these lines.
