Recently, I purchased a grant informational cd online. (on how to get college grants) I use a debit/credit card issue from my bank, on sept 1. I was charged almost $20.00 dollars, when i looked at my bank statements on september 25th.
I spoke with david from network agenda and I am suppose to be receiving a refund back. And i also cancel the service, altogether. Is there anything else that i need to do.
David told me the reason behind being charged all of these fees were because i didn't respond within the trial period. But i didn't receive any information whatsoever. I did receive the grant cd and i didn't use cd.
I offer to return the cd, but there was silence on the telephone, when i called at 8am the morning of september 25. Is there anymore i can do to resolve this problem. I will cancel my debit/credit card.
